Lumiere Group was part of the international team of architects and designers, including Steven Holl (US), LEFT (US), Nabil Gholam and others, who were behind this innovative tourist attraction. The project is conceived as an urban beach, extending the existing Beirut corniche with a new sea promenade reminiscent of sea waves that serves both as an art exhibit and a restaurant strip, not to mention the prestigious Yacht Club.
